55 Fiction is a form of micro fiction that refers to the works of fiction limited to a maximum of fifty-five words.Most 55 Fiction works are dramatized so as to get the effect in limited time.

Sitting in the flight jack thought about that evening’s pooja will be outstanding for this Diwali.
Though he was a Christian by birth, he loved diwali,the day destined to meet all his friends.

He was leaving Sumatra to India for this re-union.
The next morning at Delhi he saw the newspaper..
“Earthquake razes Sumatra..”

After getting a Guest post from Shruti U yourself got into 55-Fiction which is great ..... This was perfect beginning and also the ending also very open to interpretations like can say its happy coz Jack was saved yet he may have lost his livelihood, friends & such things back in Sumatra ....So Should I say Welcome to the 55-Fictioners Club :D

good..in a way he was saved..but back home??? :( :( yeah this is like haiku...i have to try this out :) :)

but i differ from so many opinions above...it is emotional in the sense that he goes for a re-union and back home he may never meet his family(assuming his family lives there..blah blah : P ) ...by re-union u mean that alumni thing..dint u?
